Trocadéro (main Eiffel Tower views, including these gorgeous stairs)

UPDATE: currently this area is undergoing a reconstruction after the Olympics 2024, a lot of spots like the stairs and sitting areas are not available

Palais Royal (beautiful palace architecture and garden views)

Place de la Concorde (fountains, great by night)
