Dreamy French Chateau de Villette Wedding

The château de Villette is the perfect place to get married in France. Near Paris, this is a real peaceful estate that offers beautiful spaces indoors and outdoors. It represents at the perfection the French luxury with its architecture and its poetical French gardens. When Marie of Momento Mio - French wedding planner - discovered that castle, she had just one idea in mind : start to design a luxury shooting there. When she knew that she will work on that project, Daria from Daria Lorman Photography was for her the exact photographer needed to capture at the perfection the essence of that shooting.

From Marie : « I thought a lot about the colours that I wanted on that shoot. Especially because there were several beautiful events in this castle before and I wanted something different. As the summer in Paris was really hot, I choose to work on those purple and cream colours to bring freshness and sweetness to this shooting.

This is also the reason why we decided to use the fountain area for the ceremony, where the bride and groom as well as their guests can hide from the heat. That fountain really gives the impression to be in different place. It is like discovering a private/secret place, and enjoying it's freshness. The background was so amazing by itself, that I chose to design a really simple and elegant ceremony, because it actually doesn’t really need more. »

We made the wedding table on the terrace in front the castle in order to have the amazing view of the gardens. Marie of Le moulin Fleuri created amazing flower compositions working well with the symmetry of the venue. She also created a table runner of flowers to add a touch of colours at the table. For the occasion, Monica and Greg from Lettering by G created especially for us French menus with an illustration of the Chateau de Villette. A little extra that made the difference and took the stationery to another level.

We kept the idea of something really pure for the rest of the table, with white and silver dishes. We used those beautiful glasses and napkins from Options to put a little touch if colours. Belo of "Weddings cakes and co" kept the same inspiration to create the amazing wedding cake.

Our beautiful couple was dressed by some talented designers that we can find in our capital at the Vivienne Paris boutique. The groom is wearing an original Chris Von Martial suit, with a Mao collar jacket. The bride wore a Dan Jones’ dress for the ceremony, which is fluid with a train. For the diner, she wears an Alon White dress, really elegant and delicate. She had Bella Belle shoes incrusted with lovely pearls and a Veil by Chris Von Martial. Her make up and hair waere made by the talented Jiyoung Yang from Modern Bride Paris, using hand-made accessories of the Swiss-Italian brand Della Bella Gioielli. Finally, a magnificent yellow water drop engagement ring from la Compagnie des gemmes embellished bride’s finger.
