Dreamy Constellation and Vintage Elopement in Paris, France
As soon as I saw Weronika's hand-made dress from Point_G_Lingerie with constellation embroideries, I knew that this elopement will be very special.
The possibilities for a destination wedding in Paris are endless. Whether your are choosing a more formal style with the Eiffel tower or something more casual along the Seine river, Paris has something for everyone. I really enjoyed bringing our wonderful couple to some of my favourites: Le Marais district, Quai des Orfèvres, place des Vosges, Quai de la Tournelle with the Notre Dame view. And if you add to this a red vintage car and two glasses of champagne, you get an ideal Parisian elopement.
From Patrick and Weronika: "We have never been to Paris before, but we wanted to make it special so we were looking for locations away from beaten paths and the Eiffel Tower. Our photographer, Daria Lorman, knew the city very well. So she suggested to us Le Marais district and calm Seine river banks for our intimate ceremony and bridal portraits.
Daria also had great knowledge of wedding vendors in Paris. She gave me all the necessary contacts (Makeup and Hair stylist, florist, ceremony officiant, videographer). She guided us through the process and took the most beautiful pictures. This is the nicest person we've ever met. Thanks to her, Paris will always be in our memory. We hope we can meet again in a few years. Daria is a great photographer and a great person!
The day was quite windy and cold, but the sun went out during the ceremony and we also saw two swans swimming around our ceremony set-up! That was so romantic! We spent our day with our photographer and videographer, strolling calm Paris streets in a beautiful Alfa Romeo Giulietta Spider, taking pictures, dancing and drinking champagne in a beautiful café at Place des Vosges. Exactly the way we wanted it to be!"
